We have some great news! Payment Pilot is committed to protecting our customers’ sensitive data and business information so we’ve recently added a new security feature to enhance our back-end to allow YOU more control on your MX Merchant account.

Starting today, 2 Factor Authentication security (2FA) will be added to keep merchant data safe and enable you to update your banking information any time you’d like WITHOUT having to call in or fill out a form, which will save you time.

The Administrator on the account will be required to setup 2FA with either email or text confirmation.

Supervisor’s on the account will only be required to enable 2FA IF they login from a different IP address.

Here’s how it works…

Step 1) Login
Step 2) Select the preferred method to receive the verification email.

Step 3) Enter Both your cell number and email associated with the account.
