Registering and using a MX Merchant account is totally free! However, using advanced features requires a premium account. Contact us at +1 704 464 0395 and we’ll set it up for you.

How To Locate Your Merchant Account?

MX Merchant – Roles and Permissions

All new accounts have access to MX Merchant. The main user account will be, by default, the Admin Account. As an Admin, you have full access to everything as well as create new users.

  • Admin: Full control over all permissions. Additionally, only one account can be an admin.
  • Supervisor: Supervisors can do everything an admin can except view back-end general account data.
  • Clerk: A clerk can run payments, and view payment/batch reports as well as customer information. They can’t access apps, detailed reports,  loss prevention settings, or general account settings.
  • Read Only: This user type can only view batch reports, payment reports, and customer information. They can’t run payments.
